The following is a description of the main components (also history) with some information of process :

1. Board machine

1.1 Information of process / programme of production

The boardmachine has produced a very wide range of different products on the main base of recycled fibres. According to this point, the machine is equipped very complexly.
The produced range of grammature was between 250 and 950 g/m2. The strong range is > 400 g/m2. The range of speed was 35 to 140 m/min (with some adjustments higher speeds would be possible). The trim (uncutted) is in the range of 2600 to 2650 mm (depending of the shrinking), the output (gross) was between 130 to 200 to/day (with some adjustments a higher range would be possible).

The produced main qualities :

- GT 2 (white or half-white back side, three times coated on the top side, once on the back side)
- GD 2 / GD 3 ( grey back side, three/two times coated on the top side, once on the back side)
- UT / UD (uncoated white board with half white / grey back side)
- GMK (grey board smoothed and unsmoothed)
- Craftboard
- Moulded board
- Core boards
- Grease resistant board
- Board with special barriers (water vapour)
- Coloured boards

1.2 Condition of the boardmachine
The board machine is overall in good condition and was in work till September 2001.
The year of start was 1956. There have been many rebuilds in the meantime, so
there are only small parts remained out of the original version.
